Course Objectives

This course will describe the requirements of the North American Cargo Securement Standard and explain how the  principles apply to different commodities. Participants will determine what is required to properly load and secure different commodities including the number, placement and types of cargo securing devices. This course will help employees identify securement systems that are not in compliance with the Standard.
